I’ve had the privilege of performing after Status Quo at the Sierre Blues Festival in 2011 and competing with talented musicians at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2010.”

“All of this became possible thanks to the Latvian Blues Band and fellow blues musicians from the undeniable capital of blues – Chicago. We’ve had the honor of sharing the stage with legends like Carey Bell, Duke Robillard, Bob Margolin, Willie ‘Big Eyes’ Smith, Jerry Portnoy, and many others. It’s worth noting that the last three legends mentioned were part of Muddy Waters’ band, and Jerry Portnoy later became known for touring and recording with Eric Clapton.”
